The REAListic Dual-Curved Tennis Backboard is unique dual-curved and tilted tennis backboard that rebounds balls with extraordinary realism. On typical non-tilted backboards balls bounce downward at an unrealistic angle. The REAListic Tennis Backboard’s unique double concave design (top to bottom and side to side) focuses balls back towards the center of the court, increasing the number of hits per rally and therefore increasing the value of the time spent practicing. The 8’ x 12’ units can be installed on a driveways using only 1/10th the space of a full-sized tennis court. In an hour of backboard practice you can hit 1,800 balls. Compare that to 650 an hour on a ball machine or 150 during an average hour of match play.

The framing is crafted, primed and painted from hand picked Douglas Fir. Hitting surfaces are high-quality weatherproof overlay, meticulously primed and painted. Package includes touch-up paint plus hardware (a combination of U-bolts and/or chains) to install against the vertical posts of a tennis court fence. Includes sound reduction made from special insulation, which reduces noise by 35%. Deluxe models have include 3’ high containment netting. Net comes ready to install and is recommended depending on the fence height behind your backboard.
